A HERITAGE WE CAN BE PROUD OF...

Dating back to the 13th century, beef kebabs are rooted in Central Asian cuisine and are a staple in many cultures. Served with mash or vegetables, these spicy kebabs make for a delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Onion, grated

  • 600g Beef mince

  • 2 Tbsp Dhania, chopped

  • ½ tsp Black pepper

  • 250g Streaky bacon

  • 6 Large potatoes, peeled

  • 3 Tbsp Milk

  • 1 tsp Mustard

  • 1 IMANA Chicken Flavoured Super Stock Cube

  • 2 Tbsp IMANA Super-Sheba Chilli Beef Flavoured Stew Mix

METHOD

Kebabs:

  1. In a bowl, add in the grated onion.

  2. Add the beef mince and IMANA Super-Sheba Chilli Beef Flavoured Stew Mix.

  3. Mix in the chopped dhania and pepper.

  4. Shape the mixture, with your hands, into sausage-like shapes and stick a skewer through the middle - this is your kebab.

  5. Wrap a rasher of bacon around each kebab.

  6. Grill the kebabs for 6 - 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Mash:

  1. Boil the potatoes in water until soft.

  2. Drain and crumble the IMANA Chicken Flavoured Super Stock Cube into the hot potatoes.

  3. Mash the potatoes and crumbled stock cube together with the milk until smooth.

  4. Add in the mustard to the mashed potatoes.
