Roasted Vegetable and Sausage Bake

Sausage bakes are a classic British dish and were likely created in the Middle Ages. Sausage is a popular ingredient for many meals and can be cooked using a pastry shell or served with delicious roasted vegetables.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp Oil

  • 500g Sausages

  • 2 - 3 Red onions, quartered

  • 1 Butternut, peeled, cut into large cubes

  • 2 Red peppers, quartered

  • 2 Green peppers, quartered

  • 10 Baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 IMANA Minestrone Flavoured Soup

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Place the sausages and prepared vegetables in a baking tray. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with IMANA Minestrone Flavoured Soup powder.

  3. Roast for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sausages are cooked.
