A HERITAGE WE CAN BE PROUD OF...

Hamburgers were well established by the 20th century and spread throughout the world as the rise in fast food grew. Today, you can find burgers with just about every filling imaginable and are often eaten with crispy onion rings or chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Tbsp Oil

  • 500g Beef mince

  • 1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 1 Egg

  • Burger buns

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato, sliced

  • 1 IMANA Black Pepper Sauce 

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, mix 500g beef mince with the parsley, onion, egg and IMANA Black Pepper Sauce powder.

  2. Form 6 burger patties with the mixture.

  3. Fry the patties in the oil and serve in burger buns with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
