A HERITAGE WE CAN BE PROUD OF...

Nachos originated in Mexico in the city of Piedras Negras when a woman came into a restaurant asking for chips covered in a few of her favourite things. Traditional nachos include fried Tortilla chips that are topped with cheese, peppers and olives and served with tomato and onion salsa and guacamole.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml Sour cream 

  • 250g Tortilla chips

  • 1 tsp Dhania  

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated

  • Salsa 

  • Guacamole

  • 1 IMANA Sriracha Cheese Sauce 


METHOD

  1. Mix IMANA Sriracha Cheese Sauce powder with sour cream. 

  2. Assemble your nachos in an ovenproof dish by layering tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole and grated cheese. 

  3. Grill in the oven and serve immediately with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of dhania.
