Chicken with Apricot Chutney

Apricots were first cultivated in China and introduced into the Middle East where they have been used for years to sweeten and enhance the flavours of your favourite dishes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 700g Chicken pieces

  • 275ml Water 

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

  • 1 IMANA Apricot Chutney Cook-in-Sauce 

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Place the chicken pieces in a casserole dish. 

  3. Empty the IMANA Apricot Chutney Cook-in-Sauce powder into a jug and add water and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.

  4. Pour over the chicken pieces and cover with a lid or foil. 

  5. Bake for 60 - 90 minutes or until cooked. 

  6. Garnish with dried apricot pieces and serve with mash, rice or salad.
